"Over the Top"~is a one-of-a-kind, stunning Steampunk Hat! This wearable art-piece was created for an adult (LG-XL). As this is a mixed-media/assemblage art piece with function, I began with a basic felt hat and from there the magic happened! Many mediums and processes were used in the creation of this masterpiece! I wanted to give it a look of old leather, which came out stunning! It is adorned with ethically acquired feathers of Peacock, Ostrich, Pheasant, and more! There are adornments of wood carved cogs and wheels intertwined with large clock hands coming out of the top! On top of the hat is a unique large navigational wooden cog! There is even a small looking glass with metal wheels and cogs that show through, as it peeks out from the band of the hat and the Steampunk goggles that wrap around this beauty! This piece is absolutley gorgeous, and pictures do not do this one justice! Talk about the perfect addition to your Steampunk/Vintage Cosplay attire!  Talk about standing out in the crowd! When you arent wearing this amazing showstopper, it can add a little swag to any room that will make for one heck of a conversation piece!
